Our fee structure is also unique to this industry. We charge a one-time fee for the process we are referred to, which will carry it through to the end even if there is an appeal. We make every effort to obtain payment from the individual or their family, if we succeed, there is no charge to the facility. The only additional charge would be if we were charged for bank statements, which at this time the only bank to charge us is Direct Express, or if we must file in probate for the administrative paperwork. You will also notice that our rates are hundreds of dollars less than other companies.
